It doesn’t get much simpler than this!

This was probably the simplest lunch/dinner I could have made. It was quick, easy, and amazingly tasty!FullSizeRender-2


  • 1 lb sweet Italian sausage (CHECK INGREDIENTS and make sure it is compliant) cut into chunks
  • 1.5 cups quartered mushrooms
  • 1 tsp avocado oil (or other paleo approved fat
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • crushed garlic (optional)
  • fresh basil (optional)
  • organic stewed tomatoes (optional)

In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Brown the sausage. Add remaining ingredients and cook for about 5 more minutes until sausage is cooked through.
