This was a really yummy sauce that I made because I was cooking an egg dish that needed some more texture to it. It’s quick and simple, and it is convenient. I used the Annie’s Organic Horseradish Mustard, but you could also make this very easily from dijon and plain horseradish along with paleo mayo.
- 1 Tbsp Horseradish Mustard (or 1 Tbsp dijon and 1/4 tsp horseradish)
- 2 Tbsp paleo mayo
Mix and enjoy with eggs or wraps.
