Sausage and Mushrooms with Cauliflower Crumbles
This was three simple ingredients thrown into a skillet, and really perfect for a make ahead meal with very little time to prepare. I used the Trader Joe’s Italian Sausage and the Trader Joe’s Mushroom Medley. I had a client excitedly give me “cauliflower crumbles” that she found at Target. Those were great as a cauliflower rice alternative. I have been too lazy to make my own, and Trader Joe’s has been out of it, so this will do.
Over medium-high heat, brown the sausage in a non stick skillet. Add mushrooms and cauliflower and cook for about ten more minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve!
