Still Eating Salads

No clue why in the world I’m on a salad fix, but I am. Sorry if that makes my posts a little more boring, but they’re keeping me culinarily happy. I like the Tessemae’s dressings; the balsamic one, in particular.

Today’s Ingredients:

  • Spring Mix
  • 2 hard boiled eggs
  • 2 slices prosciutto
  • chopped green onion
  • salt and pepper to taste.
