Day 3. Pressure Cooker Chicken Soup!


This was laughably easy. I simply cut up chicken, threw everything in the pot, and set it for eight minutes.  Again, today, I was using more convenient food. I had meetings all day, and this was what enabled me to cook at home in a limited amount of time.

Simply use a bag of Mushroom Medley from Trader Joe’s along with the Trader Joe’s Bruschetta sauce.

Cut up a pound of boneless, skinless chicken thighs.

Add all ingredients to the pressure cooker with 1/2 tsp sea salt.

Set to High Pressure, and set the timer for 8 minutes.
