Prosciutto wrapped asparagus. It doesn’t get much simpler than that.



  • asparagus
  • prosciutto (enough slices to have one for each asparagi (plural of asparagus, of course)
  • avocado oil
  • ground black pepper.

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Wrap each piece of asparagus in prosciutto. Sprinkle with oil and pepper.  Toss (or roll around). Bake for 10 minutes, turn once, and bake for another ten minutes. DONE!
