This is not like a Japanese or Israeli salad. With the presence of cilantro, it takes on a flavor of its own.
- 1 large tomato, chopped
- 1 English cucumber, chopped
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 red onion, finely shopped
- 2 Tbsp chopped cilantro
- pinch of salt
Combine all ingredients.
