Weight Update 6/25/14

Not much weight “loss”, but you can definitely see a difference.

I started going to barre classes 3x per week and continued with the paleo lifestyle. It actually felt pretty effortless.  Of course, I miss my pizza, bread, and pasta, and I definitely indulged on occasion.  I made sure to get right back on the wagon after the cheat. Since starting my IVF cycle, I have not “cheated” because the foods I avoid can cause inflammation (which is a big no-no in reproductive immunology).  Hoping that my next pic update has a big preggo belly!!!
