What happens when you add working out to paleo?

You gain three pounds, but it looks like this:


In February, I started working out in addition to eating paleo foods (including at least 1-2 servings of fruit per day).  Initially, I was just doing a lot of cardio. The really big difference happened when I started pilates, a RIPPED class, and a Barre class.  I have only done the Barre class once, but I could feel the difference right away.  I just bought a membership to the new Barre studio, so I’m pretty excited about that.  I never thought that I would pay that much money to work out, but I think that it is worth it.  My bestie, Michele is looking for a true “before ” picture for me to add to the collage.  I really don’t have a great pic of me from weighing in at 170 until now.  There is no way I would let people take pictures of me in that state!

Still no baby, but at least I am happier with myself.  Yay me. (Just for fun, I included a “before” picture from when I started the journey).
