- 6 large rainbow or regular carrots, thinly sliced (I used a food processor with the slicing blade)
- 1/4 cup raw organic honey
- 1.5 Tbsp avocado oil, melted coconut oil, or ghee
- salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, combine all ingredients in a large bowl until the carrots are all separated and coated. Bake for 35 minutes.
