Easy breakfast.


I was in the mood for eggs this morning, but not the same as I usually make.  I wanted scrambled eggs, saw some dill, and thought that maybe I could make scrambled eggs that were like a deconstructed deviled eggs in flavor.  This was really great, and my son asked for his own batch after seeing and trying mine.

Serves 1


  • 2 eggs
  • splash of warm water
  • 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp ghee
  • chives or green onion for garnish
  • 1/2 tsp fresh dill for garnish

Beat all ingredients together (except for garnish) in a bowl.  In a non-stick skillet over medium heat, melt the ghee. Pour in the eggs. Scramble. Garnish with green onion and dill, and enjoy!
