I like almonds, but I LOVE cashews!! I have seen a lot of recipes that are paleo and asking for homemade almond meal. Every time I see it I think, UGH I don’t want to have to go through the steps for making my own (I know it wouldn’t be that much, but I don’t want one more thing to do). I’m so excited that this is done for me and was less than $5!!! Let the experimentation begin!
