Amazing Garlic Cilantro Sauce

As I’m preparing to go out of town for the weekend, I needed to bring something that was versatile so that I could make easy paleo meals without a lot of supplies. We will have access to a kitchen, so this sauce is coming with me. It’s amazing on eggs, chicken, fish, and steak. It can also be used as a salad dressing. It has a nice, garlicky kick to it and even my 7yo likes it.

1 cup cilantro

1 1/4 cups italian parsley

2 Tbsp oregano

1/4 cup warm water

5 large garlic cloves

1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (more if you like it spicier)

1/4 cup red wine vinegar

1 1/2 tsp sea salt

1/2 cup organic olive oil


In a food processor, combine all ingredients except for the olive oil. Slowly drizzle the olive oil while blending.

This can be refrigerated, but is best eaten at room temperature.
