1/2 head of lettuce, chopped (or spinach, or romaine…whatever you would prefer)
3 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
6 large button mushrooms, sliced
1 large tomato, diced
any other salad fixings that you would like...
1 ribeye steak, seasoned with salt and pepper, and pan cooked until desired doneness. Slice or cube for the salad.
1 large avocado, cut into cubes
1/2 Tbsp minced garlic
4 Tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (with no added ingredients)
1/2-3/4 cup chopped cilantro (depending on how much you like the flavor)
2 Tbsp lime juice
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and enjoy over your salad.
