Mustard Garlic Chicken–SUPER EASY!

Mustard Garlic Chicken

Served with cauliflower broccoli mash.


  • 6 organic drumsticks
  • 4 cloves of garlic, crushed or minced

  • 1 Tbsp dijon mustard
  • 4 Tbsp melted ghee or butter
  • 1/8 tsp each of rosemary, thyme, oregano, sage, basil, marjoram
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt


Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix herbs, garlic, and dijon into the melted ghee. Place the chicken into an oven proof baking dish. Brush or spoon on the ghee mixture. Season with sea salt. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven. When plating, spoon any juices from the bottom of the pan over the chicken. This is also great on the cauliflower mash.
