OMG these turned out so well!!! Pearl onions browned in coconut oil (don’t worry, you cannot taste it), then sautéed with 1Tbsp honey and 1/4 cup balsamic. I added 1/2 tsp rosemary. Sauté until almost all moisture is gone. SO GOOD!!!
I just gave one to my 7yo and he said, “Whoa, that’s so good! What is it?”. Even after he found out that it was onion, it was worth it for him to eat more.
